1. Changing Marketing does not have the ability to predict changes in a web sites statistics, traffic, pagerank, alexa ranking, etc after a text link is purchased. If a web sites statistics, traffic, pagerank, alexa ranking, or any other information you use to aid in your decision to purchase a text link with us changes after a text link campaign is purchased, you are not entitled to any form of refund.
2. As mentioned in the last point, we do not have the ability to predict changes in a web sites statistics, traffic, pagerank, alexa ranking, etc. Please note you also have the right to not be charged more after you have reserved a text link campaign at a specefic price, if a web site happens to increase in ranking.
3. Changing Marketing reserves the right to end any text link campaign at any time, so long as we refund the buyer for any unused services. This is rare and should not happen, but may happen if we later find a web site we are linking to does not meet our standards, or is causing us harm directly or indirectly.
4. Changing Marketing will not accept any text link campaign from web sites that promote hate, or are not legal under any circumstances. We also do not accept porn web sites. We reserve the right to deny any text link campaign by providing a full refund for any unused services purhased.
5. We can only accept links that are suitable for students as young as 16 for all of our web sites, unless the content of that web site is similar or the same to the one you are advertising on. For example, a poker web site that is only legal or suitable for people who are 21+ can be advedertised on a poker web site in our inventory.
6. Text link campaigns purchased through Changing Marketing are hand coded text links, that are in basic HTML because this is the best format for search engine optimization, which is something many people are trying to do, when they purchase a text link campaign with us. Because of this, we do not have the ability to provide any form of tracking or repots regarding the performance or click through rate of any advertisement we place. You are paying only for the basic static text link that may or may not help you in your search engine optimization efforts or internet marketing efforts.
7. Our site wide text link campaigns are only intended to contain one link and one link text that will appear the same on every page on any of our web sites. It should be assumed that the rate you are paying is for a site wide text link campaign with the same URL and link text on every page, unless otherwise agreed to before hand.
